QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the ABR® Hall of Fame, nominees should exemplify the following:

  • A proven commitment to the advancement of buyer representation and its practice.
  • Exceptional buyer representation skills based on training, competency, and experience.
  • Active participation in ABR® designation activities, other professional associations, and community organizations.
  • Nominees must be current ABR® designees and members of NAR in good standing.

  • Low Inventory and Overcoming Implicit Bias

    It’s clear that 2023 was challenging for homebuyers and agents alike, but 2024 market forecasts signal increased buyer activity.

    In the recent “NAR Real Estate Forecast Summit,” NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun reported that the number of existing-home sales declined an estimated 18% in 2023 after another near 18% drop in home sales in 2022.
